LPC Constitution and Governance
Welcome to the Constitution, Policies and Procedures section of Sussex Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC). These documents provide the framework that governs the Committee’s activities, ensuring that it operates transparently, effectively and in the best interests of community pharmacy contractors and patients.
The Constitution sets out the Committee’s purpose, structure and governance arrangements, while the Policies and Procedures outline the standards, processes and principles that guide our work. Together, these documents support good governance, accountability and compliance with relevant legal and professional requirements.
