We always send our newsletters and regular mailings to pharmacy NHS mail accounts. However, we recognise that our news is relevant to all pharmacy staff, not just the person who opens the emails! So urge all team members to sign up to receive our news.

We have changed the ways we distribute our newsletters and our other regular contractor news to you to improve our GDPR and improve our efficiency.

If you are no longer hearing from us at your PERSONAL email addresses, you can opt in again. We’ve made doing so as easy as possible: just submit your email address below then validate your request by following the instructions in the confirmation email you will receive.

You should also add us to your ‘safe addresses’ so that we don’t end up in your junk or trash.

We send all our newsletters and regular news to your pharmacies NHS mail account.

You will need to sign-up to receive anything from us into your personal account. Submit your email address here. We recommend you encourage your pharmacy colleagues to do this too.

What data do you collect when I sign up for an email and opt in to receive your messages?

If I opt in for marketing, will you share my contact details with other organisations?

No, we never share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. All messages are sent by us, however it is very likely we will tell you about third party news in some of these messages.

If I opt in, can I opt out again at a later date?

Yes, you are always in control over your preferences and you can unsubscribe whenever you like. To opt out click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or mailing.
