Healthcare landscape
Local services can deliver more effective and integrated care for patients when organisations work collaboratively. For staff, stronger collaboration makes it easier to work alongside colleagues across different organisations. It also enables systems to better understand data about the health of local populations, supporting the delivery of care that is tailored to individual needs.
We work in partnership with care providers and other local health organisations to take collective responsibility for managing resources, delivering NHS standards, and improving the health of the populations we serve:
- local integrated care systems (ICSs)
- NHS trusts
- community and mental health providers
- ambulance trusts
- voluntary and community sector
- local authorities (public health, adult social care and children’s services)
