Sussex Integrated Health CIC is the delivery arm of the Sussex Primary Care Provider Collaborative (PCPC) creating a single, coordinated vehicle for delivering services and managing contracts across Sussex.
We enable Primary Care in Sussex to act collectively – combining influence, innovation and delivery capability, so we can provide high-quality, sustainable care for our communities.
How we work with Sussex PCPC
A formal Collaboration Agreement sets out how we work together.
- The Sussex PCPC Board acts as the representative body of Primary Care, shaping strategy and agreeing priorities for the whole system.
- Sussex Integrated Health CIC provides the operational means to deliver on those priorities at scale.
- To ensure alignment between representation and delivery – the Chair of Sussex Integrated Health CIC sits on the PCPC Board and PCPC Board members sit as Advisory Executives on the CIC Board.
