SECPA Limited
Due to the limitation of LPC’s to hold contracts, many often facilitate the creation of Pharmacy Provider Companies (PPCs) to allow pharmacies to bid for and deliver local services collectively. To support this, on the 13th October 2025, SECPA Limited was formed.
SECPA has been formed for the benefit of contractors in the locality by the following four LPC’s within the South East Region:

- Sussex LPC
- Surrey LPC
- Hampshire and IOW LPC
- Thames Valley LPC
SECPA operates on a ‘not for profit’ basis.
The company supports contract holding and tendering for services where a single organisation is needed to hold a contract for a number of contractors.
