Pharmacy Pressures Survey 2026: Please share your views

The annual Pharmacy Pressures Survey has launched, and CPSS is keen for all pharmacy owners and staff to share their views.

The survey is crucial for monitoring the health of the sector and its findings provide clear evidence of the realities facing community pharmacy. It captures what is needed to continue pushing for vital changes, using the latest evidence to strengthen our case and support the sector. 

Results from Community Pharmacy England’s Pressures Survey are used to raise awareness in national media and Parliament, highlighting the ongoing pressures and fragility in the sector and ensuring Government and NHS decision-makers understand the challenges pharmacies face. The data may also be used by CPSS to respond to media queries and in conversations with local MPs.

CPSS is focused on supporting national efforts to raise awareness of critical pressures facing community pharmacy. Taking part in the Pressures Survey will help to support this.

Survey Information

The survey consists of two separate surveys: one for pharmacy business owners/head office representatives and the other specifically for pharmacy teams. Expected to take around 10–15 minutes to complete, both surveys will remain open until 23:59 on 16th March 2026.
