West Sussex LPC AGM 2021

Your West Sussex LPC 2021 Annual General Meeting will take place online on the 28th of September 2021 at 19:30pm. The evening will include an a presentation from guest speaker Tim Snewin, Regional Manager GPhC.
All contractors and their representatives, along with all pharmacy team members are invited. The AGM takes place once a year because we are required by our constitution to do certain things once every year.
This is your opportunity to consider our activities throughout 2020-21 to let us have your questions, views, feedback and for contractors to vote on our annual accounts. After essential LPC ‘housekeeping’ we will move onto our main event. Register your attendance here.

We are required to seek the approval of the accounts at the AGM by ballot of pharmacy contractors or their authorised representatives. Voting has been sent to your Head Office for completion.
An Emergency General Meeting will also be held at this time. This special meeting of contractors is being called to amend the LPC Constitution to allow the Committee to delay the elections for LPC membership by one year. Currently Members Term of Office expire on 31st March 2022. However, proposals for change about the future model of local and national contractor representation and support, are likely to be put to a contractor vote within the next year. For this reason, the Committee considers that the elections should be delayed until later in the year when the new model of support has been determined by the sector.
