  • The Transfer of Care Around Medicines pathway enables community pharmacy to receive discharge medicine summary from Western Sussex Hospital Trust
  • Updates relating to Substance Misuse Services by CGL/Lloyds pharmacy.
  • New Patient Group Directives (PGDs) for Emergency Hormonal Contraception and Varenicline for Smoking
