CPPE Training Event – Clinical medication review

This event will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence that you need to engage effectively in clinical medication review of your patients and their medicines. During the workshop you will apply evidence-based clinical medication review tools in a case study setting to make recommendations for rationalising medicines use. You will also have the opportunity to work with simulated patients and use your consultation skills to practise undertaking face-to-face clinical medication reviews.
