An exciting new enhanced Healthy Living Pharmacy training opportunity help your pharmacy and patients realise the benefits of your pharmacy being an HLP in your local community.

• This is a chance to build on previous training and your HLP accreditation, to help you integrate the HLP culture into your pharmacy’s everyday business.

• Learn how to empower your Health Champions and the whole pharmacy team, to support the pro-active, effective delivery of clinically led local pharmacy services.

• Develop your HLP strategy to make your local pharmacy a ‘go to’ health and wellbeing hub for people in your local community.

• Identify opportunities for collaboration and integration with your local healthcare system.

 Who is this training for? 

This training is for pharmacies who are already registered as an HLP, level 1 or level 2. It is open to community pharmacy staff to are responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction for the pharmacy business, including Community Pharmacy Managers, Owners and HLP Leaders.  This training is not for Health Champions.

If you are part of a multiple pharmacy,  this is being handled centrally, please liaise with your company managers/head office to let them know if this training initiative is something your pharmacy branch would be interested in attending and participating in.

What is involved?

• Pre-learning (Enhanced Leadership handbook provided to support with this activity and your ongoing CPD, Development and Pharmacy Team Engagement) – Pre-work posted after registering for the training.

• Attendance of one evening workshop of 2 hours 19:30- 21:30. Food at 19:00.

• Participation in a short evaluation about how your pharmacy has benefited from the training after the event.
